Terms of Service

3.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3.2 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. EventEntree reserves the right to suspend accounts with false information.

3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.4 Organizer Verification: Event organizers must complete identity verification (valid ID) and provide banking/payment details before receiving approval to create events.

4.1 Event Legitimacy: You warrant that all events you create are legitimate, lawful, and do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4.2 Accurate Event Information: You must provide accurate details about events, including date, time, location, capacity, and pricing. Misrepresentation may result in account termination.

4.3 Ticket Fulfillment: You are obligated to honor all valid tickets sold through the Platform. Cancellations must follow our refund policy.

4.4 Prohibited Events: You may not use EventEntree for illegal gambling, fraudulent schemes, adult content, hate speech, or any activity prohibited by local laws in Ghana, Nigeria, or other operating countries.

4.5 Fees: EventEntree charges service fees on ticket sales. Current fee structure is available in your dashboard.

5.1 Ticket Purchase: By purchasing tickets, you agree to the specific terms set by the event organizer, including refund and cancellation policies.

5.2 QR Code Usage: Your ticket QR code is unique to you. Do not share screenshots or copies. Each code can only be used once for entry.

5.3 Event Conduct: You agree to follow all venue rules and organizer instructions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

6.1 Payment Processing: We accept payments via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo), bank transfer, and debit/credit cards where available.

6.2 Organizer Payouts: Approved organizers receive payouts to their registered bank account or MoMo number within 3-5 business days after the event concludes, subject to verification.

6.3 Refunds: Refund policies are set by individual organizers. EventEntree facilitates refunds but ultimate decision rests with the organizer, except in cases of event cancellation or fraud.
